- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals with accountability for KPI achievement
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize resource allocation
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives resulting in 15%+ efficiency gains
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO, and industry-specific regulations
- Prepare executive reports on operational performance and strategic recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years progressive experience in operations leadership
- Proven expertise in process optimization and supply chain management
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or PMP highly preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making
