Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across supply chain, logistics, and quality control
- Develop/implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve KPIs and strategic objectives
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and implement corrective actions
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
- 7+ years in operations management with 3+ in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in process optimization and cost reduction
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- PMP or Six Sigma certification preferred
- Experience scaling operations in high-growth environments
