Responsibilities
- Oversee daily logistics and operational workflows to ensure timely delivery and high-quality standards.
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of 15+ employees, conducting regular performance reviews.
- Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Prepare and manage annual operational budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and profitability targets are met.
- Ensure strict compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including sales and supply chain, to align operational goals with business strategy.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies where applicable.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in operations management or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of leading teams effectively and driving productivity.
- Proficiency in ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make informed decisions.
