Responsibilities
- Oversee Operations: Manage daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency, productivity, and quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of operations staff, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Process Optimization: Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements, lean methodologies, and best practices to reduce costs.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting to ensure cost control and profitability.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company goals.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with key vendors and suppliers to ensure service level agreements are met.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in operations management or a related supervisory role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and data analysis tools.
- Methodologies: Proven experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on driving results.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site in Charlotte, NC.
