Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational activities across warehouse, distribution, and fulfillment teams
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Manage inventory control systems and optimize supply chain logistics
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 15+ operations professionals
- Analyze performance metrics and create data-driven action plans
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety protocols, and industry regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align operational goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive operations management experience
- Proven track record of optimizing processes and reducing operational costs
- Strong expertise in inventory management and supply chain systems
- Advanced proficiency in ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills
- Ability to analyze complex data and implement actionable solutions
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety management experience
