Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across warehouse, inventory management, and distribution centers
- Develop/implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams (15+ staff) including hiring, training, and performance management
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for operational services
- Analyze KPIs and financial data to optimize resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and industry regulations
- Coordinate disaster recovery plans and business continuity protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years in operations leadership with P&L responsibility
- Proven expertise in supply chain optimization and logistics software (SAP, Oracle)
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Valid Florida driver's license
