Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Tucson facility, ensuring seamless workflow and timely delivery of services.
- Process Optimization: Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance overall productivity.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and train a team of 10+ employees, fostering a positive and high-performance work environment.
- Strategic Planning: Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks, forecast needs, and implement data-driven solutions.
- Financial Oversight: Manage departmental budgets, forecast expenses, and ensure profitability through cost-control measures.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with vendors and logistics partners to ensure inventory accuracy and timely distribution.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and industry compliance laws.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in operations management, logistics, or manufacturing.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving performance metrics.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and the MS Office Suite.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is highly preferred.
- Availability: Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the Tucson metropolitan area.
