Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of 3PL warehouse and distribution center
- Develop/implement KPIs to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
- Lead cross-functional teams including logistics, inventory, and customer service
- Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities
- Coordinate with regional managers to align strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years experience in logistics/supply chain management
- Proven expertise in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Experience leading teams of 15+ employees
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
- Knowledge of Memphis transportation infrastructure preferred
