Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain logistics, inventory management, and distribution channels
- Develop and implement KPI-driven operational strategies to reduce costs by 15% annually
- Lead 15+ cross-functional teams in warehouse, procurement, and fulfillment divisions
- Drive process optimization through Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for 200+ suppliers
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO 9001, and industry-specific regulations
- Analyze operational data using Tableau to identify improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in logistics/supply chain leadership
- Proven expertise in implementing ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or PMP
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Demonstrated success managing budgets exceeding $5M
- Strong crisis management experience during high-volume peak seasons
- Austin-based candidates with local market knowledge preferred
