Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Manage inventory control, warehousing, and distribution networks
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ logistics professionals
- Analyze KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with sales and procurement teams for coordinated execution
- Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate service agreements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or Business Management
- 5+ years experience in logistics/supply chain management
- Proven leadership with team management experience
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
