Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations and logistics of the distribution center to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Lead, mentor, and coach a diverse team of supervisors and staff, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and drive strategic decision-making.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless supply chain integration.
- Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including safety and labor laws.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, logistics, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing teams of 10+ employees in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record required.
