The Role
As our Operations Manager, you will be the linchpin of our daily activities, ensuring seamless coordination between departments and maintaining the highest standards of service delivery. You will act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Manage and optimize daily operations, ensuring all processes align with company goals and industry best practices.
- Team Leadership: Mentor, train, and supervise a diverse team of operational staff, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current workflows and implement lean methodologies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve productivity.
- Resource Management: Manage budgets, inventory, and supply chain logistics to ensure optimal resource allocation and cost control.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operational activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams and external vendors, providing clear and concise updates.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is required; Master's degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Project).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading teams and managing P&L responsibility.
