Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including inventory, logistics, and vendor management
- Develop and optimize operational workflows to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 8-10 operations professionals
- Analyze KPIs to drive data-driven decisions and continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with finance, sales, and procurement teams for seamless operations
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and industry regulations
- Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies for process optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years progressive experience in operations management
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Certification in Six Sigma, Lean, or PMP highly desirable
- Exceptional problem-solving and strategic planning abilities
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
