Your Key Responsibilities
As an Operations Manager at Apex, you will:
- Oversee daily logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery and inventory accuracy.
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to meet company goals and KPIs.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of supervisors and staff.
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement cost-saving measures.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Finance, to align operations with business objectives.
- Monitor budget performance and control operational expenses effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or supply chain logistics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing budgets.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
