What You Will Do:
Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth business functions and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of operations staff, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Analyze operational data and metrics to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements that reduce costs.
- Manage and optimize supply chain logistics, inventory levels, and vendor relationships.
- Collaborate with department heads to align operational strategies with broader company goals.
- Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations within New York.
- Prepare and manage the annual operational budget, tracking expenses and forecasting financial needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams and improving operational workflows.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the NYC metropolitan area.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
