Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations across logistics, inventory, and vendor management
- Develop/implement KPIs and performance metrics for operational efficiency
- Coordinate with department heads to align operational strategies with business goals
- Manage $2M+ operational budget and resource allocation
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean methodologies
- Oversee compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Mentor and develop high-performing operations teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years in operations management with P&L responsibility
- Proven experience optimizing supply chain and logistics processes
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Strong leadership background with team-building capabilities
- NYC-based operational experience in tech or retail sectors
- Certifications in Six Sigma or Project Management a plus
