Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure operational KPIs are consistently met
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for optimal efficiency
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and industry safety standards
- Collaborate with executive team on strategic operational planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management with 3+ in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma and process optimization
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of supply chain logistics and distribution networks
