Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality standards
- Develop/implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage inventory control, supply chain logistics, and vendor relationships
- Analyze KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Lead, mentor, and develop 15+ cross-functional team members
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and capital equipment projects
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO, and industry regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years progressive operations leadership experience in manufacturing
- Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Exceptional problem-solving and change management abilities
