Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across warehouse, distribution, and fulfillment centers
- Develop/implement process improvements to reduce costs by 15% annually
- Manage 12+ direct reports through performance coaching and development plans
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and finance teams on strategic initiatives
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and ISO 9001 standards
- Analyze KPIs to optimize inventory turnover and delivery timelines
- Lead crisis management during supply chain disruptions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Management
- 7+ years operations experience in warehousing/distribution
- PMP or CPIM certification preferred
- Advanced proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Proven experience managing unionized teams
- Strong data analysis skills with SQL/Excel expertise
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Bay Area logistics industry knowledge
