Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple departments, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team of 15+ professionals
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions
- Manage vendor relationships and supply chain logistics to ensure seamless delivery
- Coordinate with finance and HR to align operational goals with budgeting and talent strategy
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in operations management or supply chain leadership
- Proven expertise in process optimization and cost reduction strategies
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Power BI)
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing priorities
