Responsibilities

- Manage cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals with performance metrics tracking
- Coordinate supply chain logistics and vendor relationships for 95%+ on-time delivery
- Analyze operational KPIs and data to drive strategic decision-making
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and maritime industry regulations
- Lead crisis management and contingency planning for operational disruptions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience in operations leadership within logistics/manufacturing
- Proven expertise in process optimization and cost reduction initiatives
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or Supply Chain Management
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid Virginia driver's license and ability to work flexible hours
