Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across warehouse, logistics, and fulfillment departments
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage 15+ cross-functional teams with KPI-driven performance tracking
- Coordinate vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for cost optimization
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and industry safety regulations
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions
- Lead digital transformation projects including WMS/ERP system implementations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field
- 5+ years progressive experience in operations leadership
- Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma/continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong proficiency in WMS/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Advanced data analytics skills with SQL/Excel proficiency
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Experience scaling operations in high-growth environments
