Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across warehouse, logistics, and distribution departments
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies to reduce costs by 15-20%
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 15+ operational staff and supervisors
- Coordinate with supply chain, procurement, and client relations teams for seamless workflows
- Analyze KPIs and operational data to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety protocols, and industry regulations
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic operational planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years in operations management with 2+ years in leadership
- Proven track record of optimizing logistics and supply chain processes
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification required
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
