Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across warehouse, logistics, and distribution channels
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ operational staff through performance coaching and development
- Analyze KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions
- Collaborate with procurement and sales departments to ensure seamless workflow integration
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and industry safety standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years in operations leadership with supply chain experience
- Proven expertise in process optimization and Lean methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/JDE preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- PMP or Six Sigma certification a significant plus
