Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics coordination
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ operational staff through performance management and training
- Analyze KPIs and data to drive continuous improvement and cost reduction
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and customer service teams for seamless workflow
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service agreements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in operations management with 2+ years in team leadership
- Proven expertise in supply chain, logistics, and warehouse management systems
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Lean Six Sigma or similar process certification preferred
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
