Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across production, logistics, and quality control departments
- Develop and implement strategic process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals through performance coaching and mentorship
- Analyze KPIs and operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize supply chain performance
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO, and other regulatory standards
- Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term operational planning and budget allocation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive operations management experience in manufacturing or logistics
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency by 20%+
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience in root cause analysis and process mapping
- Excellent leadership abilities with demonstrated team development success
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent process improvement methodology
