Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain logistics and inventory management systems
- Develop and implement operational KPIs to drive continuous improvement
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing strategic operational initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize costs
- Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO, and industry-specific regulations
- Coordinate with sales and production teams to align operational goals with business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years progressive experience in operations leadership
- Proven expertise in supply chain optimization and inventory control
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capability
- Exceptional leadership abilities with team management experience
- Knowledge of Raleigh-Durham market logistics landscape preferred
