- Manage $2M+ operational budget with quarterly variance analysis and forecasting
- Lead 15+ cross-functional teams through performance management and development
- Drive vendor negotiations and supply chain optimization for 50+ partners
- Implement KPI dashboards for real-time operational performance tracking
- Coordinate with C-suite executives on strategic initiatives and growth planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years progressive experience in operations leadership in manufacturing/service sectors
- Proven expertise in Lean/Agile methodologies and process reengineering
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and P&L oversight
- Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated team development success
- PHR/SPHR certification or equivalent professional designation
