Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives reducing operational costs by 15%+
- Analyze KPIs (OTD, inventory accuracy, labor efficiency) using ERP systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in process optimization and change management
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service contracts
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety protocols
- Mentor team members through performance development plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business Management
- 5+ years experience in logistics/warehouse operations leadership
- Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent process improvement expertise
- Advanced proficiency in WMS and ERP systems (SAP/JDE preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making history
- Proven track record of managing teams of 10+ employees
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training
- Experience scaling operations in high-growth environments
