- Manage 15+ direct reports across warehouse, transportation, and inventory divisions
- Implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Oversee multi-million dollar budgets and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and ISO 9001 standards
- Drive digital transformation through ERP system optimization
- Lead crisis management and business continuity planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business Management (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive operations experience with 3+ in leadership
- Proven track record in logistics/supply chain management
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and WMS platforms
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- PMP or Six Sigma Black Belt certification required
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
