- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and industry regulations
- Collaborate with vendors to optimize supply chain performance
- Prepare monthly operational reports for executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years experience in logistics/supply chain operations management
- Proven track record of reducing operational costs by 15%+
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and WMS platforms
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution capabilities
