Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across warehouse, inventory, and distribution channels
- Develop and execute strategic process improvements using Lean methodologies
- Manage KPIs and performance metrics for 15+ direct reports
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure supply chain resilience
- Lead budget forecasting and cost reduction initiatives
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety protocols
- Drive digital transformation in operational systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or related field
- 5+ years experience in logistics/supply chain leadership
- Proven expertise in inventory control and warehouse management
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/JDE preferred)
- Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Operations
- Advanced data analysis skills (SQL/Tableau)
- Experience scaling operations in high-growth environments
