Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across logistics, inventory, and customer service departments
- Develop/implement KPI-driven strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Lead cross-functional teams through performance coaching and mentorship
- Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma preferred)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years progressive operations leadership experience
- Proven track record optimizing complex supply chains
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and operational software
- PMP or Six Sigma certification highly preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive change
