Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in operations management
- Proven track record of improving productivity metrics by 20%+
- Strong expertise in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or similar designation preferred
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Fluency in English and Spanish required for diverse team engagement
