Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize daily operational workflows to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of supervisors and staff members.
- Develop and maintain detailed operational budgets, monitoring expenditures to ensure profitability.
- Implement and enforce strict safety compliance and quality assurance protocols.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred).
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite.
- Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and driving performance.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various facility locations.
