Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics coordination
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 15+ operational staff
- Analyze KPIs and data to drive continuous operational excellence
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and customer service teams
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service contracts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience in operations management
- Proven track record in process optimization and cost reduction
- Strong leadership skills with team development experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and warehouse management software
- Expert knowledge of supply chain logistics and inventory control
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher)
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
