Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Manage team of 15+ logistics professionals through performance coaching and development
- Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless supply chain flow
- Monitor KPIs and generate actionable reports for leadership review
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety regulations
- Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
- 5+ years progressive experience in warehouse/distribution management
- Proven track record of optimizing logistics operations and reducing costs
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in WMS and ERP systems
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing diverse teams
- Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends during peak seasons
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
