- Oversee end-to-end operational processes including supply chain, logistics, and vendor management
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve KPIs and operational targets
- Develop and implement process improvements using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage operational budgets and drive cost optimization initiatives
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align operations with strategic goals

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years progressive operations management experience in tech or manufacturing
- Proven expertise in process optimization and change management
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing 15+ direct reports
- Lean/Six Sigma certification (Black Belt preferred)
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking
- Experience scaling operations in high-growth environments
