Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across warehouse, logistics, and distribution teams
- Develop and implement process improvements to boost productivity by 20%+
- Manage inventory control systems and vendor relationships
- Analyze KPIs and generate actionable performance reports
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma)
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety regulations
- Coordinate with sales and customer service teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or Business Management
- 5+ years in operations management with P&L responsibility
- Proven expertise in WMS/TMS implementation and optimization
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of 15+ members
- Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ERP systems
