Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across production, logistics, and quality control teams
- Develop and implement strategic process improvements to enhance productivity
- Lead cross-functional projects with departments including IT, HR, and Finance
- Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities
- Manage vendor relationships and supply chain logistics
- Create and maintain operational budgets with strict cost controls
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and industry regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Operations, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive operations management experience
- Proven track record in process optimization and lean methodologies
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing 15+ direct reports
- PMP or Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher)
- Expertise in budget management and financial forecasting
