- Lead cross-functional teams of 12+ professionals through performance coaching and resource allocation
- Implement KPI tracking systems and data-driven decision frameworks for continuous improvement
- Manage $2M+ operational budget with rigorous cost-control measures
- Coordinate with executive leadership on quarterly operational reviews and strategic pivots
- Drive process automation initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive operations management experience in tech or SaaS industries
- Proven track record scaling operations for companies with 50-200 employees
- Expertise in process optimization tools (Jira, Asana, Tableau)
- Advanced certification in Lean Six Sigma or PMP required
- Demonstrated success managing remote and hybrid teams
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
