Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of 50+ warehouse staff and cross-functional teams
- Develop and implement KPI-driven operational strategies
- Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations
- Lead continuous improvement projects (Lean/Six Sigma)
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Optimize inventory control systems and distribution networks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 8+ years operations management experience
- Proven track record in logistics/supply chain leadership
- Advanced certification (CPIM, CSCP, or MBA preferred)
- Expertise in WMS/TMS implementation
- Strong financial acumen and budget management
- Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills
