Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across 3 fulfillment centers
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies
- Manage $2M+ inventory with 99.5% accuracy targets
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ associates
- Analyze KPIs to reduce operational costs by 15%
- Coordinate vendor relationships and contract negotiations
- Ensure OSHA compliance and workplace safety protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or related field
- 5+ years experience in logistics/supply chain management
- Proven track record of process improvement projects
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
- Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification
