Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple departments to ensure seamless workflow
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals to achieve KPIs
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for operational services
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and drive efficiency gains
- Coordinate with leadership on strategic planning and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive operations management experience in tech/SCM
- Proven expertise in process optimization and cost reduction strategies
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing remote teams
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
