Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational activities across multiple departments including logistics, supply chain, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategic process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Analyze performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous optimization
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective solutions
- Lead cross-functional project teams to execute operational initiatives on time and within budget
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standards
- Mentor and develop operational staff to foster a culture of excellence and accountability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive operations management experience in tech or manufacturing
- Proven expertise in process optimization and supply chain management
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred) or PMP
- Exceptional leadership abilities with demonstrated team-building success
- Experience scaling operations in high-growth environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
