Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily logistics, warehouse operations, and supply chain processes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supervisors and operational staff to maximize productivity.
- Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
- Manage budgets, forecast expenses, and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop long-term operational strategies.
- Handle escalations and resolve operational bottlenecks with urgency and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or logistics.
- Proven track record of leading teams and improving operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to work in a warehouse environment.
