Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations to ensure alignment with organizational goals and KPIs.
- Oversee supply chain workflows, inventory management, and distribution processes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of logistics professionals.
- Analyze operational data and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.

- Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or logistics within a corporate environment.
- Proven track record of managing budgets and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team development and performance management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
