Responsibilities
- Process Optimization: Analyze current operational workflows and implement best practices to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor a diverse team of operations staff to foster a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Resource Management: Manage budgets, inventory levels, and supply chain logistics to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to set operational goals and develop strategies to achieve long-term business objectives.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operations adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, as well as internal safety protocols.
- Performance Reporting: Generate and present detailed performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting KPIs and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues and implement scalable solutions.
