Responsibilities
- Oversee office operations, including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and facility management
- Manage administrative staff schedules, performance, and professional development
- Coordinate executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Handle vendor contracts, budget tracking, and expense reporting
- Implement process improvements for operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
- Act as primary liaison for HR, IT, and departmental communications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (5+ years experience accepted)
- Proven experience as Office Manager or Executive Assistant role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Strong budgeting and vendor management skills
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Certification in Facilities Management or Project Management preferred
