Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care across diverse patient populations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with JCAHO standards

Qualifications
- BSN degree (or equivalent international credential with evaluation)
- Active RN license in home country or eligible for TN compact endorsement
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- English proficiency (IELTS 7.0 or TOEFL 100+)
- Successful completion of CGFNS/NCLEX preparation program
- Strong communication and cultural adaptability skills
- Ability to pass background check and health screening
